Shops No. 2 and 3 on the ground floor and the first floor are leased by a kindergarten, with a gross floor area of approximately 12,621 square feet, totaling approximately 14,980 square feet. Sources indicate that the property was sold for HK$59.38 million, at a price of approximately HK$3,964 per square foot. The current monthly rental income is HK$338,000, giving the buyer a rental yield of 6.8%. The original owner purchased the property from the Housing Society for HK$50.2 million last May. After holding it for only about a year, they sold it for a profit of HK$9.18 million, representing an 18.3% gain.
