<p>近日看到《明報》的一篇報導，揭示了香港旅遊業一個重大的結構性轉變：「購物動機減弱，體驗與餐飲消費增加」。內地旅客來港不再瘋狂掃名牌，反而願意花更多錢在「吃」和「住」上面。這對香港傳統茶餐廳來說，既是挑戰，更是巨大的商機！</p>
